This land is on the ring-road which surrounds the burh.

It is leased by Norman settlers, who have more estates to the south and in Saltwood on the coast. They are constructing a small stave-built dwelling here.

A local Regia group, Milites de Bec, who use Wychurst as their local training ground, have opted to build their own building next to the burh. It will be a stave-built structure very similar to the forge.
